Pretty sloppy interpretation Suma... "The eye for an eye from the Old Testament..." Where and when did you see the justification for fighting in Iraq as being to kill people in Iraq as vengeance for the people killed on 911? Or is this more left wing convoluted speaking for what the right wing thinks? "...and then in the new Testament it is turn to him the other cheek." Luke 6:29 - If anyone strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also; and from anyone who takes away your coat do not withhold even your shirt. Which is far different than the usual interpretation that implies turning and walking away. Are you suggesting that we disban our national security and offer our cities to terrorist for target practice, looting, and pillaging? Yeah, that's probably what Jesus was suggesting... <sarcasm>
