Kerry is a centrist. Which is why the right is calling him a "flip-flopper". They want to run against Kerry's voting record in the 1970's and 1980's not the one since he became a centrist starting about 1992. He has changed since then, a lot. And remember what Dean called him "Bush lite". Yes he's pro womens rights, but on any other issue, he's common sense centrist. And BTW, conservatives should be more fiscally conservative and quit attacking the environment.
