Could it be rational? If not, why here and now for this sudden irrational behavior by ~1/3 of the voters?

Sudden? Like I said before, it started on Inauguration Day, when all those protesters lined the streets holding up signs saying, "Not MY President!" It rose up again in 2002, and now it's rising up again to unprecedented levels simply because of the high stakes involved.

That's right! Not my president! When has that ever happened in this country?! Half the people in this country are alienated from the president.....they want him not only gone from the presidency but from these shores.

Its nothing less than shocking the hate this man engenders! And you present as if its a minor problem. You are living in total denial if you think this "anything but Bush" thing is a passing fade.

And if you think my anger runs deep; I am pussycat compared to some others.

Ten,

re: His character. His personality. His personna.

I could give a sh-t. It's the ~900 dead kids that bother me, not his personality.

re: His actions and policies? Only those that have failed must be highlighted, and those that have succeeded should be dismissed as being the result of good fortune or political pandering.

List his accomplishments and then I'll take on his failures... then we can do a balance sheet.
