TopCat...can you imagine how the Ben-Vineste types would have their panties in a twist if some terrorist attack happened on election day and the Bush administration didn't have plans for this? That would have been another $5 million committee that would take 2 years to investigate. That's why they are required to give ridiculous terror alerts anytime they have "chatter" so the government doesn't have to hand out billion dollar "victim" settlements, plus another Ben-Veniste investigation.
