The Bushes did not cheat in Florida. As to the Election scenario, the government is stating a plan, should a terrorist strike happen during our election cycle. They are planning, just in case. This is a good thing. They did not say that President Bush will be declared lifetime emperor, they simply said the eelctions may have to be moved and a plan is being developed. That way, you whiners won't scream about election abnormalities should the horrible occur in November. It is a responsibility of office to plan for the worst. He is doing his job.
