Since the PDB contained specific warnings about New York and Washington, coupled with threats of hijacked airplanes, I imagine any prudent President would have increased security in these locations, notified the military, etc. Recall that the threat level was considered high already, by the CIA. Bush did NOTHING.

This should become more clear when the Commission's report is released in a few days.

Now: Since this information dates back to as early as 1997, why didn't your hero Slick already have that CAP in place?

Note also that the reference to hijackings indicates federal building will be the targets. Also, it says about hijackings that "We have not been able to corroborate". Maybe THAT'S why Willie didn't take it seriously.
