How come both FBI,CIA,etc and the Saudis knew to get the Bin Ladens out of USA so fast?

The Saudis's were allowed to leave the US after being checked out by the FBI and given permission to leave the country by Richard Clarke, Bush terrorist expert at the time. Contrary to leftist lies, no Saudis were allowed to fly during the 3 day no-fly period after 9/11, and no government airplanes were used to move the Saudis out of the country.
