I will respect the tenor of the thread. However, it seems that if domestic policy approach of disinformation is used to shape foreign policy it would be relevant. As another example, to compare the domestic spending for the military to the State Department spending per head count. While technically part of the domestic budgetary process such an analysis helps one understand the mind-set of the leadership with respect to foreign affairs.

To see how Bush treats the Irish press shows that he is curt and reluctant to be chastised by anyone, let alone Ireland, for whom he had obvious disdain.
