Had you phrased it that way in the first place, I would have known what you were talking about. I don't believe I suggested that insurance premiums should be decided by any entity except the insurance company. Free market principles and all that there. I'm one of those radicals who believes that one's personal health and other insurance should NOT be tied in with one's employment. Again, there are options, albeit far fewer than there used to be. - Holly
