I agree that JUDGES have NO RIGHT to even discuss the issue. To say its UNCONSTITUTIONAL to not allow gays to marry is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE. Is there EVEN ON PERSON ON THIS PLANET that believes the drafters of our Constitution even THOUGHT about this? Marraige between a man and a woman goes back to the STONE AGE for Crying out loud. To consider anything else is an ABOMINATION of everything THE HUMAN RACE stands for. Another thing allowing STATES to decide is also PREPOSTOROUS. If ONE state allows it, what happens when the couple moves to another state? jdn
