Ted, If you'd have been to Watts, San Fernando, Pacoima, South central or Bell Gardens......you would have wet your pants. Newark, the Bronx, Southeast DC, Northeast Portland, Tacoma, blah blah. Seems like every major city has its ghetto. And yes, I've been to South Central. did you think Arnold was working things out. He's got a lot more done in eight months than Davis did in five years.
