Personally I think that the judiciary needs to be seperate for checks and balance reasons. The appointment process to the supreme court is already a conflict of interest and hurts the suppossed checks and balances. If judges are going to rule based on politics rather than on literal interpretations of the law, then they are not judges at all but rather politicians wearing black robes. If they are politicians rather than judges, then they should be elected. There are at least 10 Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Each Circuit Court geographic area should elect a judge to the supreme court for say a 6 year or 8 year term. We don't want judges spending all their time campaigning for reelection rather than doing the work of the court.

I think Kerry should offer to give the Chimp a knuckle sandwich if the latter doesn't stop telling lies about him.
