No just eyes. About four months ago a small house priced at 710,000 sold in a week for 745,000 the rest in the area are around 900k up. Now several houses are on the market too many are around the 1.5m range. One in this range has been reduced in price. Now a new 750,000 listing has been on the market for over a month so to me that signals that buyers are by far fewer than was.

Same story in West Hills which is in the valley. Prices are out of sight and buyers are far more cautious.

It is too soon to attempt a short IMHO. Unemployment is not high.
