I was thinking BAC and telling myself that last time sharpie here took that trip so sure houses and credit risks did not match up to secure she almost lost her shirt.

This time i think I will ask my neighbor to loose theirs. VBG

MTG conf calls was pretty informative this morning.

It sounds like it is the "good" customers who are by passing MI by 80-10-10 and not the "bad" customers.

So while their delinquencies are down, it is most likely due to the mini refi cycle ending around March/April. It is sweating time going forward.
