Well, sort of.

If you put the two reports together side by side, it looks like Intel remains profitable, at the expense of AMD, if need be, and all this before cost cuts from 90nm really take shape AND before Nocoma is in the market place.

Perhaps I am being too rosy, but I'm pretty good at business analysis and I don't see any problems.

Demand? Give me a break. Without putting too fine a point on it, the number of PC in the world will double by 2010 and the old ones will be replaced.

That's a lot of geetus. Intel is doing what the dot coms imagined.
