If you are referring to the 'un-Republican' comment, those were the Senator's words... and I believe he is correct that the position is 'un-Republican' (of course, Parties change all the time.) Re: Roe. Yes, I thought the case was wrongly decided. A woman's right to control her own pregnancy should have been explained as a privacy right, a right to be free from government interference... but the bastardized reasoning they utilized was weak, IMO.
