Humans are prone to making errors! Remember the saying, "To err is human..............."

Hitler was a whacko, a highly unpredictable mad man who took lots of folks by complete surprise. His unpredictability helped him score stunning blitzkrieg successes all around Europe in the early 1940s. But his madness got worse and he went too far.

Knowing that a terrible fate awaited him, he committed suicide in his bunker.

Hindsight is always brilliant. No doubts about that. It is always so very easy to nit-pick at mistakes made in the past from the vantage point of hindsight.
