Kennedy's a has-been with no political aspirations. Just memories. And there's nobody left in the clan who can hold a candle to the prior generation (or more correctly, its hyped, lionized image). They all screwed up one way or another along the line and are just another rich, decadent, old-line dynasty.

Heinz doesn't even like what she's gotten herself into, imho. She always looks like she's putting up with the campaigning but her heart and mind are elsewhere. With her first husband and her family, from what I've read.

Soros is a passionate, eccentric egomaniac. Hopefully that will be enough to be his downfall. They've muzzled him recently, though, so he can't make a public fool of himself.

The Clintonista mob is alive and well and still runs the democrat party. Gore's failed bid for party prominence has been repeatedly rebuffed, with lots of help from the buffoon himself.

Kerry is an interloper or a straw man puppet (no meaningful difference), and so far the Clintonistas tolerate and maybe even have engineered his presence onto the scene, because it doesn't hurt them. In fact, it helps: Some people are angry or feeling sorry for Hillary after hearing that she's not scheduled to speak at the convention.

What I want to know is this: Where can I get a bottle of "W Ketchup"?

Kerry is in no one's pocket, you liar. He has never made a single cash for trash deal in his life, nor would he ever. He and Edwards both are extremnely ethical. While Bush has made hundreds of trashy corrupt deals and Delay makes them full-time. Read "The Dirty Truth" for the dirty details.

Heinz is Republican money the GOP gorged on for decades and still gets a taste of. As Teresa said, "when it was my late husband's money they loved it and used it, but now they attack it". Teresa herself was GOP until last year after the unpatriotic smearing of war hero Max Cleland, not to mention the smearing of John McCain.

Kennedy held off the left for Kerry and helped him beat Howard Dean, thereby foiling the rightwing who would have loved to run against Dean. Don't underestimate Kennedy, but by no means is Kerry in any way a "puppet" of anyone. Not a soul.

Bush and Cheney meanwhile clearly serve a certain set of special interests which are enemies of consumers, tax-payers, minorities, the working class and the environment. The polluters, Big Energy gougers, HMO's, racists, war industry, intolerate religious extremists and the CEO-billionaire class which wants out of any fair responsibility for helping to support this country.
