Quit lying to the thread. You put a false headline on that article. It didn't say anything of the sort.

It is obvious that either you cannot read or just choose to make assertions that have no basis in fact. The headline is from the AP. Click the link. As for the comments related to Kerry, they are from one of his aides. Are you suggesting that one of Kerry's aides is lying?
