Jeb Bush cut 57,700 voters off the rolls in 2000, mainly democrats and many thousands of them legal voters. They were trying to do it against despite the NAACP suing Jeb and settling on a promise never to try that again. Jeb disobeyed the court and tried it, but the Miami Herald and CNN just busted him. It's a big issue in FLorida and proves without a doubt that Gore would have gotten thousands of additional votes. You can also subtract the many late votes from overseas military which the GOP arranged and of course whatever a re-count would have told us, but the voter roll scrubbing was the big crime and the big reason. Jeb Bush actually belongs in prison for this, but Florida is a very corrupt place and it's too late now. But never again.
