No, do you? I can give you the numbers for average and peak loads from CAISO, though.

2001 - 25,384MW - 38,975MW
2002 - 26,065MW - 42,352MW
2003 - 26,329MW - 42,581MW

If people were "voluntarily conserving" in large quantities in 2001, why did they stop in 2002?

Oh, BTW, relatively few power plants in the US are fueled by oil, so your concern about "a war for oil" is irrelevant to this discussion.
