Yes, Bushies awarded HMO's 12 billion in cash subsidies. Their reason? They claim the poor HMO's need that to extend their octopus like tentacles into rural America. SO we taxpayers pay for the HMO's to build hundreds of new offices and clinics. Problem it, they rake off a nice profit. Basically, privatizing government services cxosts tax-payers at least at extra 15%. 15% of our national budget = the biggest skim since Lucky Luciano ran Vegas.
