KT, I remember that when Bush was not yet the Republican nominee, back in 2000, you said something about his being "a pretty good guy." I guess that was before he had an army to play with.

I wish I felt happier than I do with the Democrat nominees. Kerry sounds too preprogrammed to me, and although I know Edwards made his money honestly, I don't think that winning over a hundred million dollars mainly in medical malpractice suits (his take was about 27 million) is what I consider being public spirited.

At this point, economic chaos seems unavoidable no matter who wins. I don't hear any politicians saying anything to address the problems. In Greenspan We Trust.
