I agree about mtg management, regarding their cc.

Last qtr, they raised the issue of the stated income loans. I think it was the CEO who asked, rhetorically, that why would a regularly employed person pay 1/2 or more % for a stated income loan when they can easily produce a W2?

IMO they know well that they are doomed, but they (as everyone else) still hope that Greenjeans will somehow save them. When the market realizes that Greenjeans has lost his touch (and in fact never had one) then all hell will break loose.
