JF, to put it succinctly, I think the country is headed in the right direction, after a burst economic bubble and a horrifying attack on U.S. soil. The economy is recovering, thanks to the fiscal policies of Bush (or at least one half of it, i.e. lower taxes).

As for foreign policy, America is once again showing her strength, having kicked out the Taliban, decapitated Al Qaeda, and dethroning Saddam. We're now in a better position to deal with other rogue nations such as North Korea.

Finally I believe Bush has restored a sense of honor and decency to the presidency, the same one that was lost back during the Lewinsky scandal. Whether you agree with Bush or not, at least you can take him at face value whenever he speaks.

There, that's how I view Bush's successes. As you can tell, I didn't mention the failures, but that's just because you didn't ask yet. Suffice to say that I agree with McCain's point-of-view, that although this administration is far from perfect, it's an administration that deserves my support.
