Crumbbums at Citicorp can pay out nearly $5 Billion (!!) in legal costs this quarter and still show a profit.

Seems to me that "Ethical bankers" might be an oxymoron at C, but the Citicorp franchise sure seems intact regardless of management shenanigans.

So at current price, C looks attractive, and I've added a bit more today. Will add further if stock drops more.

Hi, Paul...
I'm down about 2 percent on the State Street. I have a full position that I might bump up. Today, I bought H&R Block... PE is about 12. I started a position in Viacom at about $36.50 a couple weeks ago. I sold Nestle on a 15 percent gain in 7 months. I'm now completely out of the food processing stocks with small gains (I still have McCormick but I don't think of it as a food processing stock).
