Yes, but I assumed you were referring to Al Qaeda because that's been one of the Bush mantras for justification of invading Iraq.

You are of course correct on this point. What criteria do you think we should use for prioritizing the threat of various terrorist cells?

Based on the carnage they have caused, the first is AQ, before that it was Oklahoma. What is more, those militia boys don't have long beards and dark skin to be easily distinguishable from the average citizen. On top of that, they actually know the country pretty damn well and know where to strike...but of course it seems that little petty groups in the Kurdish controlled Iraq are a higher priority than both AQ and internal cells.
