Was really disappointed to hear Ditka decided not to run. Can't blame him, He just signed for a couple of ESPN shows, and life is good for him. He doesn't need the grief. I suspect they would pull an "Arnold" on him from his BG.

He made the right decision. Illinois politics is brutal, especially now. And Ditka would have been raked over the coals from now through November. He probably has enough stuff in his bio that would be resurrected to cause him great pain. Looks like Obama is going to have a free ride.
