Interesting. Personally, I have never understood why anyone would fear death. I think of a good death as the positive outcome for a life well lived. That only works if you have a world view that includes an eternal perspective involved with divine reconciliation of temporal existence. I can't imagine it any other way. Living is what's hard and struggling to continue with hope is the noble endeavor of mankind.
