Wrong again. The 3/5th compromise was enacted to mitigate the burden upon slave owners due to the then new practice of the government's gathering state revenue quotas based upon head count.

Had nothing to do with "allocating White Voting Power".

maybe you should review the responsibility of the Supreme Court?

Instead of interpreting the Constitution, they have been rewriting it....

Affirmative action, quotas, and killing unborn children are all civil rights violations.....
