Poor dumbmoney. Pursuant to the War Powers Resolution, after deliberation and debate, Congress expressly authorized war against Iraq. Kerry voted for the war, Edwards voted for the war, Hillary voted for the war . . . . you just can't stand it.

So, you tell yourself ""authorize" isn't the same thing as "declare." Who cares about the War Powers Resolution? Nobody understands that anyway." Sad . . . .

I could give you one guy you'd like -- but not after you found out who he is -- John Yoo -- he's the one who wrote the memos arguing that Bush has the power to order torture. When Clinton was president, he was really opposed to the wars in Bosnia and Kosovo.

Funny how inconsistent people can be, depending on the personalities involved.
