Not sure if you are aware of how the politics in the Senate works and how the politics with the Presidency works. A president is succesful on how much work he puts in himself like Clinton did. A Senator is successful when he works with his other fellow Senators. Isn;t that why they call the President a member of the Executive branch and the Senator a member of the legislative branch.

Kerry takes his orders from Skull and Bones, Council on Foreign Relations, and Trilateral Commission. Those on the council and commission take their orders from Adepts and Ascended Masters. Bunch of whacked out weirdos.
