Prove me wrong but Bush got into the White House through literal interpretation of Florida Election Law and the Constitution's Electoral College vote. What irks me is when judges pre-decide as politicians what the decision in their own twisted mind should be then bend the definitions of words used in the law and reference whatever defends their viewpoint include completely irrelevant material such as foreign laws, foreign opinion and public opinion, to suit their needs and ignore case law and related case law that doesn't support their viewpoint.
