If the criticism was that the war would create a complex situation and cost a lot of money I would have agreed from the beginning. If I didn't disagree with the type of criticisms that have frequently been made on this thread and elsewhere on SI then I wouldn't be "not sure", or "leaning towards supporting the war". I would have to be an strong opponent of the war. Anyone who is not a strong opponent of the war is going to disagree to many, probably most, maybe all of the arguments that I have disagreed with.

In a sense I am still only leaning towards support. I'm not certain that it was the right decision. However I am also not sure it was the wrong one, and I don't think it has been or will be a major disaster for the US and I don't support just pulling out now.
