Given these parameters, then, Bush must never speak to any of the major black organizations. So, is he just the president for the white people? He IS speaking to the Urban league. His not going to the NAACP is just politically returning the fire of the President of the NAACP. This doesn't disqualify Bush as President of black people too. How silly.
