1)Not to talk to her broker
2)Not to talk to her broker's assistant
3)Not to talk to any federal agent voluntarily
4)Not to talk to any federal agent without her lawyer's guidance.
5)Not to buy stock in any company whose executives you see socially.
6)To always presume that whatever your broker tells you is insider info and never act on it.
7)To always presume that whatever information you uncover is insider information until you see it published in ID or WSJ or Barrons (or maybe all 3?)

Looks like the shorts ran for cover ! I didn't expect her sentence to be too harsh. I think the period before the trial and the trial itself was punishment enough.
