5 months is well under the sentencing guidelines. It is fair and she should be able to handle it. I hope she doesnt appeal and just gets it over with. mike

Martha Stewart is sentenced to five months in prison, five months of home

I was thinking about her yesterday. She could have walked with a wrist slap if she had made a deal instead of going to court. Her perfectionism did her in.
