Nobody who treats morbidly obese people would send them to Jenny Craig.

Jenny Craig is for girls and women who are chunky.

My sister weighs almost 400 pounds. She is a good candidate for the gastric bypass surgery, but is a temp worker. She makes enough money that she could save up for the surgery, and she's thinking about it.

There are many kinds of alcoholism. For some, stopping drinking outside of a hospital setting has a good chance of leading to death or permanent injury due to delirium tremens. If you, in fact, have that type of alcoholism, you really should be hospitalized before you try withdrawal. Cheaper in the long run.

The results stink. Jenny Craig, et al, will make a fortune out of this.

I doubt it. They're not going to pay for someone to drop ten pounds every swimsuit season. I imagine they will ration it in some way. Like they do mental health care in health insurance policies.
