Yup. There is very little that justifies war; in fact, only an invading army or a flotilla of missiles.

In that case, Bin Laden would be sitting pretty still in Tora Bora. How were you going to convince Afghanistan to stop harboring? Ask nicely?

On the contrary, he has worked diligently to get religion into the gov't with Christian prayer sessions in the WH;

Exactly how does that constitute the "establishment of a national religion" ?

pushing to get more faith based religious social service groups to get gov't funding....not based on competence but on their religious faith

If Joe's secular AA class can get funding, then there is no reason that some religious AA class shouldn't be able to. That is providing money for a service, not forcing people to be of one religion. Exactly how does this constitute the "establishment of a national religion"?

he has spoken on numerous occasions of his talks with God, and on at least one occasion, it was thought he said God responds to him

Exactly how does that constitute the "establishment of a national religion"? He's not allowed to talk about God?

Freedom of religion is not freedom from religion. When have you received a directive from Bush that you were expected at church on Sunday?

>I don't believe tax cuts did squat. Three hundred dollars per family? Do you honestly believe that's what made the difference? I think its why we have languished for the last three years......in a kind of economic limbo....not in or out of recession.

It's more than $300, that was just the rebate... I saved $1200 this year because of the Bush tax cuts.

However, I'm still not an advocate of cutting taxes in general when there are things that I think need to be paid for by them.
