Two of the three replace existing 200mm - so although still huge it is not all incrementally more.

No, only 1, F12. D1D is a new development fab and F24-2 is an expansion much like F11-X was. Also of note is yesterday's announcement of an expansion of the existing Colorado Fab. Is that F23?
