The point is that public schools DON'T provide the education even though they are more than adequately funded to do so. They should all become privatized with same amount of public funding being directed to the most successful schools. Competition breeds excellence. There's not enough competition in public school system because the most capable and most incompetent teachers are equally compensated & protected by their union.
