I believe there was some kind of conspiracy in Florida which prevented gore from winning the state. It had something to do with the democratic error to prohibit the votes from the overseas military. It came back to "bite them". I expect a new michael moore fiction film out any day which will accuse the Florida military of stealing the election for GWB.
