One point to add on this. I'd rather see them managing their business (revenue & profits) than GMs.

After looking at this more, GMs down by 2% while revenue up'ed by 2.5%, that's a net that's basically the same.

GMs shouldn't come at the cost of what really matters - market, then earnings.
