Chemical bombs and poison gas have both been mentioned. Bombs and poison gas. I would assume the 20 ton package was a bomb that would disperse poison gas. There was a convoy of trucks that left Iraq before the war and disappeared in Syria. Jordan was going to test the chemicals and see if there was any tie to stuff found in Iraq. No results yet.
