i bot a computer for my bike that measures cadence...so i decided to train with a minimum of 80 rpm's....killer stuff

i knew i was a masher, so when i read up on how lance trained, i realized i'd have to become a spinner, if i were really going to achieve any distance and speed....so i tried his method....it's hard, but i'm convinced i'll adapt to it in a relatively short period

I almost feel guilty letting him push me up those hills....but not really...<GGG>

have to admit to the satisfaction of passing people on hills spinning at 80 to 90 rpm's....lol
