profile - Don's position as I understand it is that Tech has undergone two stages of the triple waterfall and still have the third to go. His position on commodities is that they have completed their triple waterfall crash and are now in a long term bull market. I follow his calls regularly. He has just lately become more cautious. Additionally I was looking at my IBD charts today and major markets are breaking their 200 dma. My advice would be to be sure you have some gold exposure going into the fall.
