I listened to Louis Rukeyser the other night and one of the guests said don't sell, just hold but don't expect any meaningful gains.... basically his position is that the air is gone out of the mkt already and things are going to bounce around here so take a very long term perspective.... thats all you can do.... I agree with that.

I am long 50 % cash and not looking to buy the dips..waiting to see if we can just keep our heads abv water.
My company is still hiring in several depts but we were running on skin-bones for a while. The Revs-#'s have been doing quite well but all still feels weird.
