Democrats didn't vote for the civil rights act, including Algore's father. And since the apple doesn't fall far from the tree....well..you know.

I'm saying that many blacks will stay home this Nov., as will many other voters. I think this could be one of the least attended Pres votes in the last 50 yrs.
