I still have reservation about recovery of our economy. I think AG saw the outflow of flow money from the stock market to the bonds that gives him the opportunity to raise Fed ST rate without spooking the bond market. As long as the the yields of the bonds stay put, POG should stay on its own course. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Good luck. I'll need it. One of my account is in the transition of switching brokerage service. I may lose contact with it for a few days. It has 93% gold stocks. <G>

To me the impact on PMs is unclear

The one thing that would definitely kill the PMs would be rapid interest rate rises. The unspoken message here is that Greenspan is choosing inflation over deflation.
