Ted, Huh? What does that have to do with what John said? There aren't any incentives for government to do more with less, other than the possibility of the representatives being voted out of office. And that "incentive" is overpowered by the incentive to keep government handouts going or risk the ire of various voter groups. How can gov't get smaller when our population is getting larger? I'm pretty sure our domestic spending has increased faster than our population. Tenchusatsu
